After clearing UPSC CDS and getting recommended by Services Selection Board with AIR-10 for Air Force Academy and AIR-34 for Indian Military Academy, I joined IMA in the year 2020. Upon completion of rigorous training in leadership and management, I was commissioned into the Indian Army in Dec 2021. After serving for almost 2 years in the Corps of Signals, I took discharge from the service on medical grounds in Oct 2023. During my tenure in the Army, I started helping few acquaintances to clear SSB by sharing my own experiences and the knowledge I had gained by interacting with few senior officers including serving and retired assessors. I had observed lack of affordable SSB guidance programs during my own preparation phase. I decided to take an initiative and started SSB BRO platform on Instagram and YouTube in April 2023. After reading extensively about mental health, self-help, personality development and other related subjects, I expanded my initiative and started Personal Guidance Program. I also pursued a diploma in Military Psychology and Counseling from National School of Leadership, Pune in the meantime. I take immense pride in mentoring aspiring youngsters to join the defence forces, and strive hard to continuously improve my mentorship program as per latest needs.
